## Capabilities

- Memberships and applications (https://venueora.com/memberships): Applications with photos, lifestyle questions and staff review; approve, reject or message the applicant. Annual and monthly plans priced by you, invite codes, guest day passes, and renewal reminders with lifecycle emails for due, lapsed and win-back members.
- Tickets with rules (https://venueora.com/ticketing): Events with several ticket types, each with its own price and capacity. Rules per type: members only, couples or singles, age limits, password-protected. Discount codes at checkout; Apple Pay, Google Pay or card; tickets in Apple or Google Wallet.
- Sessions and kit hire (https://venueora.com/timed-entry-ticketing): Sessions on a calendar with capacity and buffer time before and after. Move a booking between sessions, tag kit such as skates with QR or NFC, and reserve a bundle into a locker so kit and locker stay together.
- The door and reception (https://venueora.com/ticket-scanning): QR check-in at the door or on a kiosk that rejects a ticket already used. Reception mode shows the current event with guestlist search by member, guest, order or ticket, plus an incident and refusal log with a searchable history.
- Payments and payouts (https://venueora.com/payments): Apple Pay, Google Pay and card online; card-present on a terminal from the order. Refund, reissue or discount an existing order, export orders, and take payouts to your bank after merchant verification, with sales, VAT and year-on-year reports.
- Smart lockers (https://venueora.com/smart-lockers): Locker inventory by colour, side and number, assigned to a member, guest, ticket or event and opened by NFC tag or a PIN emailed to the guest. LockVault, our smart-locker service, supplies and runs the hardware at no upfront cost.
- Kiosks, ePOS and card machines (https://venueora.com/epos): VenueOra kiosks sell walk-in tickets, take payments and check guests in; a skate-hire kiosk allocates a pair into a locker. ePOS tills, self-ordering kiosks and card machines come from Posso, our hardware and installation partner.
- Age verification (https://venueora.com/age-verification): VenueGo, a verification platform designed for venues, checks age and ID on the guest's own phone when they sign up or buy a ticket: face, then document, then a photo holding the document. Results are approved, declined or needs review.

## How it works

1. Turn on the modules you need: The Membership System is always on. From the Marketplace, turn on events and ticketing, discount codes, communications, venue management, lockers, kiosks and terminals, policies, the affiliate scheme and the website editor, then publish your site on your own domain.
2. Approve members and sell tickets: Guests apply with photos and answer your profile questions; staff review, comment and approve. Members and guests buy on your branded site with Apple Pay, Google Pay or card, and the ticket lands in Apple or Google Wallet.
3. Run the door and the day: Reception mode shows the current event and QR check-in rejects a used ticket. Lockers open by NFC or PIN, kiosks sell walk-in tickets, and sales, VAT, year-on-year and daily capacity reports read from the same records as the door.

## One dashboard, one branded site, one set of records

A venue that takes applications by email, sells tickets on one system, runs the door from a spreadsheet and hands out locker keys holds four versions of the same member. On VenueOra the application, the ticket, the check-in, the locker and the signed policy are one record in one dashboard.

- One member record: The application with its photos and staff comments, the plan, the policies signed, the tickets bought and the lockers rented sit on one record. Reception searches it by member, guest, order or ticket.
- One branded site: A white-label site on your subdomain or your own domain, with home, events, cart, checkout, membership application and account login, edited from the dashboard. Flagship brands get a bespoke front end on the same engine.
- One support line: You deal with one UK company for memberships, ticketing, payments and lockers; LockVault is part of VenueOra. Posso, our hardware and installation partner, supports the tills and kiosks it installs.

## Three ways in

- VenueOra (https://venueora.com/platform): Applications, memberships, tickets, the door, lockers and kiosks from one dashboard and one branded site, with UK-based support.
- LockVault (https://lockerpay.co.uk/): Self-powered smart lockers at no upfront cost to the venue. LockVault funds, installs and runs them, and the venue takes a share of every rental. Deep site: lockerpay.co.uk.
- VenueGo (https://venuego.co.uk/): Age and ID checks on the guest's own phone, processed in London, with images deleted after 30 days. Product site: venuego.co.uk.

## The partners and the facts behind the platform

We publish what we can stand behind: our partner's own figures, attributed to them, and the commercial terms and data handling you can hold us to.

- Posso UK (https://venueora.com/partners/posso): Our hardware and installation partner supplies, installs and supports ePOS tills, self-ordering kiosks, kitchen display and card machines. Posso reports 500+ UK restaurants and venues, up to 30% higher average order value with kiosks and critical support response under 15 minutes.
- Whose figures these are: ePOS, kiosk and kitchen display hardware is supplied, installed and supported by Posso Ltd under our partnership. Performance figures are Posso's, from its own customers.
- LockVault pays the venue (https://venueora.com/smart-lockers): LockVault, our smart-locker service, funds, installs, powers, connects and runs the lockers at no upfront cost to the venue. The venue takes a share of every rental, and a proposal arrives within 48 hours of an enquiry.
- Data stays in the UK (https://venueora.com/age-verification): VenueGo processes checks in London and stores data in the UK, encrypted in transit and at rest. Images are deleted after 30 days unless a review is open.

## Questions

Q: Is VenueOra one product or several?
A: One platform, with four names you will see. VenueOra is the attraction management platform for UK venues: applications, memberships, tickets, the door, lockers, kiosks and payouts from one dashboard and one branded site. LockVault is our smart-locker service, born inside VenueOra at festivals and now a service in its own right. VenueGo is our age and ID check on the guest's phone. Posso UK, our hardware and installation partner, supplies the ePOS, kiosks and card machines.

Q: Who is VenueOra built for?
A: Venue operators, private members' clubs, lifestyle venues, event brands and specialist capacity venues such as ice rinks, and any venue that takes admissions and payments from the public: theme parks, waterparks, zoos, trampoline parks, soft play, leisure centres, gyms, festivals, nightclubs and bars, arenas and museums. Bespoke sites on the same engine are already live for private clubs, pride nights, exclusive events and ice rinks. The names change between guests, fans, attendees and members, but the moments are the same: someone applies or buys, arrives and comes back.

Q: What does it cost?
A: Two published plans per venue, both the whole platform. Free is £0 a month and £1.50 per ticket sold; Venue is £150 a month per venue and 80p per ticket sold; groups and multi-venue operators get bespoke terms. VenueGo plans are Trial £0 for 25 checks, Starter £9 a month for 500 and Growth £29 a month for 2,500. Smart lockers start with a consultation and a proposal within 48 hours, at no upfront cost. ePOS software licences are sold by Posso from £25 a month plus VAT.

Q: Does VenueGo check documents against DVLA or the passport office?
A: No. VenueGo reads the document in the camera. It does not look up DVLA, the passport office, or any other government database, and it does not read a passport chip. A clear result is not proof a document is genuine. It does not replace a premises licence, a challenge at the bar, or legal advice. Results come back as approved, declined or needs review, and under-age declines are never retried into a pass.

Q: Where is our data held, and who do we call for support?
A: Membership and ticketing data is UK-based, and support is UK-based too. Card data never touches your tills, kiosks or lockers; it goes to a PCI DSS Level 1 acquiring partner. VenueGo processes checks in London, stores data in the UK and deletes images after 30 days unless a review is open. LockVault monitors the lockers 24/7 and handles support, refunds, maintenance, software updates and insurance.

Q: How do we get started?
A: Choose the Free plan or book a demo. Free has no monthly fee, £1.50 per ticket sold and the whole platform, so a club or event brand can turn on its modules, publish its site and take applications. Tell us about the venue if you want a walkthrough first. For lockers, LockVault runs a consultation and site review and sends a proposal within 48 hours. For age checks, the VenueGo trial gives you 25 checks at no cost.
